"How do I get people bought into my vision?"

Hey there,

This week, I'd like to share a video clip from a podcast interview, as it essentially turned into a live coaching session around a topic relevant to EVERY leader. I think you'll get a ton of value from this short conversation.

Jay Doran had me back on his show, The Culture Matters Podcast, and I've got to tell you, it was one of my favorite podcast conversations I've done.

I think I could have invoiced him $10k for the interview... there was that much valuable discussion.

Don't worry, I didn't actually invoice Jay for it... Actually, maybe he should have invoiced me for the great questions...

Anyway, below is a snippet from the podcast about how to get people bought into a vision... and, as you'll see, what we uncovered from this conversation is that it's often something else that gets in the way of a leader's ability to get people bought in...

If you're building a firm, leading a practice, or aspiring to become a leader, I urge you to watch because your ability to inspire and navigate change is critical to your success.

To hear the full conversation with Jay, you can listen on Spotify or Apple Podcasts. It's well worth the 46 minutes.

Look, these are the types of discussions I have with the CEOs and leaders within the organizations I advise. The fundamentals of growth and transformation are built on the ability to shift mindsets and get buy-in, and these are the sorts of things I coach and advise leaders on.

If you're interested in speaking about how I could support your organization as an advisor, send me a reply.

Let me know if this was valuable and if you like the video format to be included from time to time. Send a reply, it will go straight to my personal inbox.

With intention,
Alan D Whitman
